TRAMPOLINE WARRANTY  

 

TRAMPOLINE WORLD SALES AND REPAIRS LLC. warranties our trampolines to be free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal use to the original purchaser. We shall repair or replace any part which shall prove to be defective. Our products are not intended for commercial, institutional or public use. Any of these uses will void the warranty.

FRAME:  Lifetime Warranty on all Trampoline World frames with welded clips. Leg holes and legs are Excluded.

JUMPING MAT: Sewing on the jumping mat including sun strip, tabs and backing for 5 years. Tears, fraying and holes are not covered.   

​

SAFETY PADS: Sewing and vinyl on safety pads against sun rot for 3 years. Tie downs and loops are excluded.  Sun fading is not covered.

ANY DEFECTS ARE TO BE REPORTED WITHIN 3 DAYS OF PURCHASE

ALL WARRANTY’S ARE PRO-RATED FROM PURCHASE DATE, MUST HAVE SALES RECEIPT. BUYER IS RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY SHIPPING COSTS. THIS LIMITED WARRANTY DOES NOT COVER NORMAL WEAR OR DAMAGES RESULTING FROM MISUSE, ABUSE, OR IMPROPERLY INSTALLED EQUIPMENT.
